Our Program

Prolonged Grief is a new diagnosis in the DSM 5-TR and it’s important for clinicians to know how to diagnose and treat it. People with Prolonged Grief often feel hopeless and skeptical that anything other than bringing their loved one back can help them. Prolonged Grief Therapy (PGT) can make a big difference in their life. We offer a range of opportunities to deepen your understanding of grief, differentiate Prolonged Grief from usual continuing grief and mental health problems such as MDD and PTSD, and utilize the evidence-based principles and procedures of PGDT in your practice to effectively help clients adapt to a difficult loss.
