Title: "Bone marrow inflammation in the pathogenesis of myeloid neoplasm"

Description: In his talk, Dr. Ji will describe the significance of inflammation of the bone marrow microenvironment in the pathogenesis of myeloid neoplasms, particularly in clonal hematopoiesis and myelodysplastic syndromes. The focus will be on how gasdermin D-mediated pyroptotic signaling induces a vicious cycle of mutant myeloid clones and adaptive immune responses in driving myeloid neoplasms.
