Product Description
The Center for Prolonged Grief is offering weekly consultation sessions, led by an experienced trainer, to past attendees of our Practice-Focused Training workshop who are using or planning to use PGDT. Our goal is to provide support for clinicians interested in providing prolonged grief treatment.
Attendees will have opportunities to share experiences with others actively treating clients with PGD, to get questions addressed with expert feedback, group discussion, and/or role-play practice. Examples of topics that might be addressed include assessment of clients for PGDT, psychoeducation about PGD and PGDT, developing a working alliance with a client with PGD, implementing and or troubleshooting any of the PGD procedures, questions about the use of assessment instruments and other therapy tools. Sessions will center on discussion of cases and/or questions brought by group attendees.
Consultation groups will be held on Thursdays from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM PT/3:00 PM-4:00 PM ET on Zoom, beginning September 19, 2024. To receive CEs, attendance at all sessions is required. Partial CEs cannot be awarded.
