This 10-video series provides a unique opportunity to enhance your learning of CG. The videos include demonstrations of core CGT techniques using clips from actual sessions of a patient who worked with Dr. Shear in a successful treatment. Dr. Shear provides a discussion of the relevant treatment principles and procedures. She and the patient each comment on their experience of the treatment session from a perspective 7 years later, when the video was made.
