Dana López, Research Assistant

Dana López is currently enrolled at CSSW as an MSW candidate with a focus in both

Clinical and Policy practice and is an intern at the Center for Prolonged Grief supporting

various projects and research objectives within the Center. Additionally, during her time

with The Center, she will be learning more about direct practice applying Dr. Shear’s

specific intervention for working with clients who meet criteria for Prolonged Grief

Disorder. She completed her undergraduate course work in Psychology, Social Science

and Writing at Portland State University. She is passionate about the many unexpected

intersections of the human experience of grief and justice.
